Connectwise Automate

Here's how:

1) In Automate, from the Clients node, located the desired Computer and then double-click to open the Computer Management Screen.

2) Select Automation work space and then click the Extra Data Fields tile.

3) Within the Extra Data Fields tab, go to the Default Tab

4) Assign your friendly name.

5) Save and Close

Double Click the computer.

Right Click on the 4 squares in the top middle,

next to the gear,

and select Extra Data Fields,

then select Default on the left under Extra Data Fields,

then scroll down, FriendlyName!
